HUD has released the 2023 Income Limits effective May 15, 2023.

 

Income Limits are only utilized at the time of Move-In. However, please insure that your software vendor has performed this update as the correct Income Limits must still appear on your 50059s for Annual Recertifications and Interim Recertifications.

 

Should you have already offered a unit to an applicant and the new income limits would now make them “over-income,” they can still move-in, but document the file accordingly.
