AHMA-PSW

AHMA-PSW is the leading voice for affordable housing professionals across the Pacific Southwest, representing over 70,000 apartment homes. AHMA-PSW connects owners, property managers, and industry partners who are committed to quality housing and stronger communities.

LOMOD has been a proud member of AHMA-PSW for over 20 years contributing to and sponsoring many AHMA-PSW events. As a board member, LOMOD assists AHMA-PSW in advocating on behalf of the industry in the state and local housing issues.

Local Housing Administrators Coalition

LOMOD actively supports the activities of the Local Housing Administrators Coalition (LHAC), a national association that promotes and advances performance-based contract administrators (PBCAs). As a trusted national partner, LHAC works collaboratively with HUD, housing providers, and stakeholders.  LHAC often presents at national conferences and advocates on Capitol Hill to strengthen our programs and elevate resident outcomes. Its latest publication, Supporting Affordable Housing Through Responsible Stewardship of Taxpayer Dollars, is available for download https://lhacnet.org/resources/
