Owner-Created HOTMA Lease Addenda

HUD has issued a memorandum regarding Owner-Created HOTMA Lease Addendums.

HUD has received numerous requests to approve Lease Addendums that modify the current HUD Model Lease to comply with HOTMA provisions,

HUD has stated that the HUD Model Leases with HOTMA updates are awaiting approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).

Until OMB approves these changes and issues the new leases, they are unable to approve any HOTMA related addendums.
