The 2021 CLIMATE CREDIT rates have been released.

The effective dates for these rates are:

April 1, 2021 – New Move-ins and Initial Certifications

No later than August 1, 2021 – Annual Recertifications

Please remember to use the “N” income code on your 50059 forms.
