The implementation of TRACS version 2.0.3.A will take place over a five month period beginning February 1, 2019 through June 30, 2019. The purpose of the new release is to further enhance the efficiency within Multifamily Housing Rental Assistance Programs; producing successful program results and enhancing the availability of Affordable Housing. Changes will include but are not limited to the following:

  • HUD-91067 VAWA addendum.
  • HUD 27061-H Race and Ethnic Data Reporting.
  • HUD Form 52670 A – Part 6 Repayment Agreements for Schedule of Tenant Assistance Payments Due.
  • Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) functions.
  • Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Program.
  • TRACS Business Edit pertaining to Extreme Low-Income Requirements for 811 PRA Demonstration Program.
  • MAT Guide – addition of instruction to aide in responses related to TRACS messages and errors.
