President and Director
Nancy Wesoff is the President and Director of the Los Angeles LOMOD Corporation, the Performance Based Contract Administrator for HUD’s multi-family project-based Section 8 program in Southern California. Ms. Wesoff is responsible for overseeing LOMOD’s portfolio of 739 contracts (equaling 45,660 assisted housing units) and annual revenue of over $350,000,000. Ms. Wesoff has over 25 years of experience in the housing industry including serving as Executive Director in several housing authorities. Ms. Wesoff has worked to increase LOMOD’s involvement and partnership with various industry groups and stakeholders since 2008.
