On March 20, 2020, the City of Los Angeles has been placed on a “Safer at Home” status.

Beginning Monday, March 23, 2020,

ALL LOMOD staff will be working from alternative sites.

All normal functions of LOMOD will continue as usual.

If you need to reach any staff member, please leave a message on their voice mail,

as they will have access to it and will be returning calls as soon as possible.

However, the best and preferred method to contact LOMOD staff will be via their email.

As our access to regular mail will be limited, please submit any documents by email.

If you need to submit a Special Claim, please send all of your information directly to:

SpecialClaims@hacla.org

We will be accepting electronic signed HUD Forms for special claims

 

The LOMOD staff is always here to support your staff and residents.
