2018 Income Limits
On April 1, 2018 HUD released the 2018 Income Limits. For all LOMOD properties, these Income Limits will be effective: 4/1/18 for all Move In and Initial Certifications and 7/1/18 for Annual and Interim Re-certifications. Please ensure that your software is updated with these new amounts.
